OutBack Patio Furnishings will deliver your new patio furniture as soon as possible. Our white glove service means that you won’t have to lift a finger. We handle all aspects of your delivery, set up, and installation to ensure you are ready to enjoy your new, beautiful furniture right away.

While we prefer that you are home when we deliver your new furniture to make sure that everything has been set up to your liking, it is not required that you be there as long as we have access to the area where your new furniture is to be installed, and your pets are inside.

Platinum Delivery Service – This “5-star-and-then-some” service allows you to enjoy free delivery on all deliveries for one year from your original date of purchase. Want to add a small side table? No problem. Need two more chairs for your outdoor dining set? No worries. Our Platinum Delivery Service provides free delivery on any additional purchases you make during the first year, as well as trips for any warranty issues, if needed.

OutBack Patio Furnishings is a partner of Synchrony Bank. As such, we are able to provide financing of your purchases for up to 12 months, interest-free. Ask us for details.

Minimal maintenance is required to keep your furniture looking its best for years to come. We carry amazing products designed for cleaning and protecting your furniture – both for frames and cushions.

We also carry furniture covers to protect your furniture during extended periods of time when you might not be using it. Ask us about our furniture cover options today.

To ensure a long life of your outdoor furniture, always protect your furniture from dirt, leaves, or other “things” that nature may drop on your outdoor furniture. Be sure to check the materials that come with your furniture. Also, check the manufacturer’s website for suggested maintenance for your specific pieces.

Our furniture is designed to last for years of worry free use; however, if you ever have a problem, we will do our best to either fix your furniture ourselves, or help you find the right solution through our manufacturers (just so you know, this rarely happens).

While our cushions are designed to last for many years, we know that sometimes it’s just time to replace cushions or refresh them. OutBack Patio Furnishings has several outdoor fabric vendors, including Sunbrella. Visit our Sunbrella in-store fabric kiosk, where you can touch, feel, and appreciate the quality and durability that Sunbrella brings to your outdoor settings. Our in-store fabric kiosk allows us to order specifically cut fabric yardage, and have your cushions recovered or completely replaced. Pronto!

Replace, refresh, and renew your sling patio furniture. While your slings should last for many years, your frames are designed to last much longer. OutBack Patio Furnishings is happy to help you choose a new fabric for your chairs that will give them a new look and a new life. If you purchased your original chairs from us, we will have a record of your purchase, and may be able to order new replacements straight from your original order information. 

If you purchased your chairs elsewhere, we will either need to receive a copy of your invoice or a picture of the furniture pieces, to help identify the specific pieces of furniture you would like to update. In most cases, we will need measurements of your specific slings. We provide a sling replacement service starting at $35/chair, which is a great bargain based on the time it would take you to investigate, send specs, and order a new sling. While OutBack Patio Furnishings strives to have a wonderful selection of patio furnishings in stock for you to enjoy immediately, we realize we may not have the perfect fabrics, colors, or pieces that work best in your space. This is where our special orders come in to play, and will allow you to personalize your furniture to your style, your grace, your budget, and space. 

Please note that special order items may take up to eight (8) weeks to receive, and require 50% down payment at the time of ordering.

Special order items add convenience and customization. Just ask.

With Sunbrella fabrics, your first line of defense should be a mild detergent like Dawn mixed with water and applied using a soft brush. Follow the instructions with a thorough rinse of clean water and allow your cushions to air dry.

With our commitment to providing the best customer service, we will represent you and your needs with the manufacturer to ensure a satisfactory outcome, should there be an issue (we trust there won’t be one). Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements and policies, so we will review them with you to ensure you have the best representation, should a claim on your warranty coverage need to be made.

We handle these details for you and file the claim with the manufacturer. As our customer, we are your advocate with the factory, and will do our very best to take care of your issue in the most beneficial way. It is our goal to make the warranty claim process as smooth and timely as possible.
